Our drill core archive in Bångbro, outside Kopparberg, holds approx. 25,000 m of drill cores. Currently we can offer drill cores from

Our objective within the framework of the Bergskraft Bergslagen project is to double our drill core holding. If you have any suggestions for how we can acquire drill cores, please contact Stefan Sädbom, project leader.

The drill core archive also houses a logging table, diamond saw for sampling, belt conveyor, small office areas, washrooms, etc. Studying drill cores is free of charge, but we charge for handling drill cores and for equipment hire.

Space can be rented for field offices, core logging and sampling equipment, storage, etc., for working with your own drill cores or samples.
