Digital archive

Bergskraft Bergslagen is building a digital archive. The archive consists of drill core logs, geological maps/descriptions and geophysical measurements and chemical analyses from the entire Bergslagen region. Photographing, scanning and cataloguing this type of material is time-consuming. We have until May 2010 scanned roughly 80 000 documents. About 13 000 are searchable via WeBerGIS and will increase successively during the time of the project.
